How does pickup and delivery work?

It's simple! Book online and choose your pickup time. Leave your laundry in a bag at your specified location. Our driver will collect it and send you an SMS confirmation. Your clean laundry will be returned within 48 hours (or faster with express service) in our eco-friendly packaging.

What are your pickup and delivery times?

We offer flexible pickup windows: Morning (7am-12pm), Afternoon (12pm-5pm), and Evening (5pm-8pm), Monday through Saturday. Delivery follows the same time windows. You'll receive SMS notifications 30 minutes before our driver arrives.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

No, you don't need to be home! During booking, you can specify a safe place to leave your laundry (e.g., behind the gate, on the porch, with concierge). Just ensure it's secure and protected from weather. We'll photograph the pickup/delivery location for your peace of mind.

You can book a pickup as soon as the next available time slot (usually same day if booked before 2pm) or schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. For recurring services, we can set up a regular weekly or fortnightly schedule.

You can modify your pickup time up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot. Simply log into your account or contact our support team. Changes within 2 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.

You'll receive SMS and email updates throughout the process: confirmation when booked, notification when picked up, update when cleaning is complete, and a 30-minute heads up before delivery. You can also track your order status online.

What should I put my laundry in?

Any bag or basket works! Plastic bags, laundry baskets, or reusable bags are all fine. We'll return your items in our eco-friendly packaging, and you can keep your original bags. For large orders, multiple bags are perfectly acceptable.

What happens if I'm not available during my scheduled pickup?

If you've specified a safe place to leave your laundry, our driver will collect it as instructed. If no safe place was designated and you're not available, we'll attempt to contact you. Missed pickups without notice incur a $15 no-show fee.

Yes! On delivery day, you'll receive a link to track your driver in real-time when they're on their way to you. This helps you know exactly when to expect your clean laundry.

Our service runs rain or shine! Just ensure your laundry is in a waterproof bag or protected location. Our drivers carry waterproof covers for deliveries. If severe weather prevents safe delivery, we'll contact you to reschedule.

Absolutely! We deliver to homes, apartments, offices, and even hotels. For secure buildings, please provide access instructions or arrange to leave items with concierge/reception. Many of our customers use our service for their workplace.

No order is too big! For large orders (like spring cleaning or business laundry), we can arrange special pickup with larger vehicles. Just let us know when booking if you have more than 20kg of laundry.
